“10%” Trick REVERSES Diabetes! (EASY)

Ask your mainstream doc about reversing diabetes, and he’ll just shake his head and tell you it’s impossible.

But like many things coming out of the mouth of your mainstream doc, this is NOT true.

Diabetes is the most reversible disease on the planet.

And you don’t have to give up all of your favorite foods or run marathons to see REAL results.

All you have to do is this simple “10 percent” trick.

I’m talking about losing weight.

But before you throw your hands up in the air and stop reading this article, let me assure you this is possible.

A new study finds that you only have to lose a little bit of weight to make a BIG change.

Through the research,  scientists discovered that folks who lost 10 percent or more of their body weight within the first five years of having diabetes were more than twice as likely to go into remission.

Even better? A 10 percent weight loss is doable for EVERYONE reading this post.

Think about it… if you weigh 200 pounds, you only have to lose 20 pounds to be diabetes-free!

And that’s way easier than having to give yourself painful injections for the rest of your life.

The researchers suggested a low-calorie diet, but you and I both know that counting calories are bunk.

Let me give you an easy two-step weight loss program:

  1. Eat more protein. You need to eat protein to feel fuller and lower your cravings. Protein easily fills you up and uses more energy to digest than any other type of food. Protein also helps build muscle mass–which pushes your metabolism into overdrive.
  2. Use supplements. Plant extracts help to reduce inflammation and kick on your natural fat-burning switch. African mango, ashwagandha, berberine and saffron are great for helping you lose those extra pounds
