Vitamin K is found in green leafy vegetables, but I always suggest supplementing to make sure you are getting enough. If you are on blood thinners, check with your doctor before supplementing.
Medical Mushrooms: These are some of the most powerful immune-boosting substances on the planet. Some medical mushrooms have been tested in over 500 clinical studies for purposes such as immune-boosting and cancer treatment. But they are also great for increasing energy and helping to support good brain health. I like the mushrooms called Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi, Maitake, Turkey Tail and Shiitake.
Collagen: This is something we all need for our skin, hair, and joint health. The problem is that most people don’t get enough collagen (or the building blocks of collagen) in their diet. If you want to keep your hair, prevent wrinkles, boost your metabolism, and even your mental health, then I suggest supplementing with collagen every day. Choose collagen from animals raised in a healthy manner. I prefer collagen from pasture raised animals.
