9-Minute Trick SLASHED Heart Risk

When it comes to preventing a heart attack or stroke, there’s probably nothing you wouldn’t do.

That’s why you take your omega-3 supplements, try to eat a healthy diet, and keep your stress level down.

But there’s something else you should be doing to SLASH your heart risk…

It’s so simple that anyone can do it.

And it will only take you about nine minutes a day.

A major new study of over a million seniors found that active people over 60-years-old cut the risk of heart attack and stroke by 11 percent compared to those who don’t exercise.

Eleven percent doesn’t sound like much, but most drugs pushed by Big Pharma don’t come anywhere close to reducing your risk of ANY disease by 11 percent.

AND the level of activity needed to make that change was equal to just about one hour per week of exercise.

Anyone can exercise one hour per week… that’s about nine minutes a day.

The key to this exercise only one hour a week thing is to be a little bit vigorous, so fast walking or swimming are going to work much better than a slow stroll.

Consider going out for a walk and spending 10 minutes at a leisurely pace and then spending 20 minutes walking faster. Do that two times a week and you’re done!

Want more heart protection? The study showed that people who worked out more did better.

But you gotta stick to it…

They also found the negative: people who worked out five times a week and stopped saw their risk rise 27 percent – so make walking a habit and keep it.
