THIS Type of Coffee DESTROYS Diabetes?!

Ask your mainstream doc about how much coffee you should drink and you’ll probably get the same old answer: NONE.

They’ll tell you it’s bad for your heart… will make you nervous… and even cause digestion problems.

But these are just more of their HUGE LIES.

Research shows that coffee can boost your heart, help you fight memory loss, and even improve your metabolism.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg for this wonder drink…because research shows it can destroy type II diabetes, too.

But you have to make sure you’re drinking the right kind.

There are two major ways to make coffee

The first is to mix the coffee and hot water and then just drink it as you do with French press coffeeespresso, and instant varieties

The second is to brew with a filter as you do with a standard coffee pot.

But only one of those makes a big difference when it comes to your blood sugar control and heart health.

In a recent study, scientists compare the health effects of both filtered and boiled coffee.

Surprisinglyparticipants who drank up to three filtered coffees a day were 60 percent less likely to get type 2 diabetes than those who drank boiled coffee

You see, filters not only separate the grounds from the coffee, but they also remove certain compounds – called diterpenes – from the coffee. And these chemicals have a negative impact on how your body metabolizes sugar.

So the fewer diterpenes in your coffee… the better your blood sugar.

They also found that filtered coffee drinkers had higher levels of phenolic compounds (which are mostly antioxidants).

Phenolic compounds not only drop oxidative damage, but they are also known to relax blood vessels –both of which are great for heart health

It seems the best way to drink coffee is by using a filter – especially if you want to stay diabetes-free.
