Delicious Snack DESTROYS Colon Cancer

When it comes to preventing colon cancer, your mainstream doc will give you all sorts of dietary suggestions.

Mostly, they’ll tell you to give up your favorite treats like red meat, dessert, and alcohol.

But here’s what they won’t tell you: there’s another way to SLASH your risk of this deadly disease.

And it comes with no sacrifice.

In fact, it’s one of the most delicious snacks around… and could be in your fridge right now!

I’m talking about creamy and decadent full-fat yogurt.

This powerful food can help balance your gut and even help strengthen your bones.

Now it could be one of the best ways to prevent colon cancer, too.

In a recent study, published in the journal Gut, researchers analyzed the cancer status and dietary habits of 80,000 seniors.

At the end, they found that folks who ate at least two servings of yogurt a week SLASHED their risk of precancerous lesions in their colon by a WHOPPING 20 percent!

Yogurt works so well because it contains two probiotic bacteria – Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophiles – that breakdown carcinogens in your gut.

Additionally, yogurt contains other healthy bacteria that decrease inflammation, the root cause of all disease.

This means adding just two servings of yogurt to your weekly diet can help you fight off colon cancer… and other deadly diseases, too!

Don’t like yogurt? No problem.

Other fermented foods such as sauerkraut, pickles, and miso are also rich in probiotic bacteria.

Or you can pick up a probiotic supplement at your local pharmacy.
