Researchers at Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging have recently discovered a link between vitamin k and mobility.

The study, published in the Journal of Gerontology, found that seniors with low blood Vitamin K levels were 1.5 times more likely to develop mobility limitations and nearly TWICE as likely to develop mobility issues.

Why?

Researchers believe that the chronic diseases that come with older age can make your body use more vitamin k, forcing your levels to plummet.
