Easy Diet Trick ENDS Heart Disease
If you’re like most of my patients, you probably think avoiding heart disease is hard.
That you’ll have to give up pizza and burgers… spend hours on the treadmill… and never touch sugar again.
But what if I told you don’t have to make that those dramatic changes to stay healthy?

New research shows that keeping your heart healthy is EASIER than you think.
And you don’t have to sacrifice your lifestyle or diet to do it.
A new research, published in journal Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology, has discovered an incredibly simple way to improve heart health.
For the study, scientists analyzed the eating habits and heart disease risk of two groups of healthy people for two years.
One group consumed their normal, unrestricted diet. And the other underwent calorie restriction. In the beginning, the second group was asked to cut 25% of their daily calories.
People were asked to maintain the diet over two years, but most folks in the calorie-restricted group cut out 12% of their calories or about 300 calories per day.
At the end, the 300 calorie group:
- Lost over 11 pounds of fat
- Reduced their levels of bad cholesterol (LDL)
- Increased their levels of good cholesterol (HDL)
- And lowered their blood pressure.
Even better? They also improved their insulin sensitivity, which can reduce the risk of diabetes.
The scientists suggest that skipping evening dessert, a slice of pie, or 30 potato chips is enough to help drop weight and improve your blood tests.
Additionally, focusing on good proteins (such as those found in nuts, poultry, beef, fish) and eating non–starchy vegetables can help add an extra layer of protection to your heart.
