[Alert] FDA Recalls ANOTHER Popular Drug

It seems like every time I turn around there’s a different Big Pharma drug being ripped off the shelves because it contains some deadly toxin.

With all that money they take from seniors like you and med, you would think pharmaceutical companies would produce the safest products on the planet.

But they DON’T.

And the latest recall of contaminated anxiety drugs is just more proof.

Here’s how to stay safe.

The FDA has asked Mylan Pharmaceuticals to pull a batch of Xanax from pharmacy shelves nationwide because of the presence of a foreign substance.

The company was unwilling to say what their foreign material might be – but it can’t be good. Because what we do know is that it can cause infections.

While the drug manufacturer says there’s only a small chance that the foreign substance will cause any problems, this is another in a long list of recent drug recalls for impurities.

Why so many?

The primary reason why these drugs have been recalled is that drug companies are now outsourcing drug manufacturers to other countries – like China – which don’t have the high manufacturing standards we do in this country.

But with the profits they make, the least they do is invest in safe manufacturing facilities.

The recalled lot number is 8082708.

If you have any pills from this lot, please contact Stericycle at 1-888-843-0255 for the documentation packet to return the product to Stericycle.

And if you have questions regarding this recall can contact Mylan Customer Relations at 800.796.9526 or customer.service@mylan.com, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.

You should also contact your doctor about your recalled pills. And while you have him on the line, ask him about alternative ways to treat your anxiety.

Because Xanax comes with a laundry list of side effects even when it’s not contaminated.

Things, like improving your sleep and getting some exercise, are good ways to start.

I also like cannabidiol (or CBD). This extract from cannabis can help calm nerves while helping with sleep.

Other herbs, like chamomile, valerian, passionflower, and others, help calm the body and the mind too.
