[Must-Read!] Anti-Cancer Trio Kicks Cancer

Dear Reader,

Your risk of getting cancer depends on many different things…

The genes you were born with, whether you are male or female, where you live, how much chemical exposure you have, and the list goes on

Some of those factors are out of your control.

But there are some you CAN control – and it starts with this anti-cancer trio.

According to the American Cancer Society, an estimated 1.8 million Americans will be diagnosed with cancer in 2020.

But your diet plays a large role in preventing you from being part of that statistic

Mainstream docs will always rely on their toxic mix of chemicals to fight cancer – but even they would admit the easiest course is to avoid cancer in the first place. In fact, research shows that chemotherapy is even linked to MORE cancer! Read more about chemotherapy’s ugly truth here.

And your battleground starts with your plate.

Scientists are starting to pay attention to a little-known pharmacist (Dr. Budwig) who developed an anti-cancer protocol in the 1950s. Doctor Budwig thought diet played a big role in health and making the body fight cancer.

His program (called the Budwig Protocol) focused on this anti-cancer trio:

  1. diet rich in omega-3 oils (from flax)
  2. Enough sunshine (to get enough Vitamin D)
  3. Exercise

He suggested taking flaxseed seed oil (for the omega-3s) and told his patients to avoid sugar, most dairy products, refined grains, tea, and coffee

Modern science backs most of his suggestions.

Many studies show that Vitamin D can help prevent and sometimes even treat cancers.

Flaxseed oil has also been shown to reduce certain types of cancers (especially breast cancers and colorectal cancer). What’s more, omega-3s from fish oil help to reduce inflammation and prevent cancers as well.

The bottom line? The time to start preventing cancer is right now

Follow Dr. Budwig’s suggestions by eating good quality proteins and fresh vegetables, avoid sugars and foods that act like sugars. And make sure you are getting enough of the right nutrients by taking the proper supplements.

P.S. Before you sign yourself up for a round of chemotherapy, I believe you should know all the facts about this chemical concoction. Like how it can even lead to MORE cancer. Find out the truth about mainstream’s popular cancer treatment here
