Natural Alternative Kills Cancer Cells

Dear Reader,

A big problem when it comes to cancer is the research behind it.

Because mainstream cancer research focuses on three things: drugs, radiation, and surgery.

Billions of research dollars are funneled into those areas. While the many benefits of natural medicine are IGNORED.

Fortunately, a group of scientists in Japan may have uncovered an alternative method of killing cancer cells that takes a more natural approach.

The team from Tokyo University of Science focused on organic compounds called phenazines — these substances are group of nitrogenstrong compounds made of the least two elements.

There are about 100 different phenazines found in nature, but scientists were able to synthesize over 6,000 more in their lab

When they tested these natural and synthesized organic compounds, quite a few had anti-cancer properties. Some had antibacterial and antifungal as well.

This is a brilliant step forward because side effects are often caused by trying to manipulate compounds into things that never will be found in nature

Having said that, it still remains to be seen if they are creating drugs that cost a lot of money and have tons of side-effects.

Time will tell.

In the meantime, there are powerful anti-cancer nutrients that can support your health and help you live a long life.

Here is what you need:

  • Fiber helps to keep our bowels regular, but also takes toxins out of our bodies.
  • Good proteins such as grass-fed and free-range meats are an essential part of a healthy life.
  • Antioxidants, especially those found in colorful fruits and veggies. If you don’t get enough vegetables in your diet, make sure you supplement. I like a powdered super-food combination I drink every day.
  • Exercise may be one of the best ways to keep your blood and oxygen going to your cells.
  • Immune-boosting mushrooms: These medical mushrooms have thousands of studies that show they are helpful in boosting the immune systems, reducing spreading of cancer cells, and increase killing of cancer cells.
  • Curcumin is an extract of the spice turmeric. It is anti-inflammatory and provides good antioxidant protection.
  • Fish oils are essential fatty acid that most people reading this are not getting. Make sure you supplement if you are not eating fish two to three times a week.
  • Polyphenols are phytonutrients that are found in fresh fruits and vegetables. Most people are not getting enough of these either.
  • Vitamin E, selenium, CoQ10 and astaxanthin are all powerful antioxidants that your cells need to be healthy.

P.S. When it comes to cancer, prevention is your best defense. Click here to read about the EASIEST way to keep cancer at bay.
