SLASH Your Parkinson’s Risk 37% with the “EC” Method!

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Happy Father’s Day!

I hope that you can celebrate with your children and grandchildren after this long and lonely pandemic.

But before you do, there’s something you should know.

You see, men far too often neglect their health… and this can lead to dangerous diseases, like Parkinson’s.

In fact, one study found that men were one and a half times more likely to be diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

Which means that it’s more important than ever to keep your risk low.

And now you can with the “EC” method.

A new study from the journal Neurology found that vitamin E and vitamin C can block the cascade of events that lead to Parkinson’s disease.

In an extensive review, researchers examined the health records of 43,865 men and women from a large ten-year Swedish study.

For the research, participants had their antioxidant levels measured through something called total non-enzymatic antioxidant capacity (NEAC). They had also answered a questionnaire specifically about their vitamin C and E intake.

And after the researchers examined the evidence, they found that 465 cases of Parkinson’s developed after the follow-up.

But not only that, they discovered that these people had something in common…

Those who had the lowest vitamin E and vitamin C levels had a 32 percent higher chance of getting Parkinson’s.

That’s because both vitamin E and vitamin C are powerful antioxidants that help protect the brain.

And protecting your brain should be your top priority— because there are plenty of things attacking it in our modern world.

It’s important to take your vitamin E and vitamin C, but you can be even more proactive by following these simple steps.

Dr. Scott’s Brain Protection Plan:

  • Creatine is an amino acid that’s very good for the brain. It also helps support energy production.
  • CoQ10 is another powerful antioxidant that helps provide energy throughout the body. It’s also been linked to lower blood pressure and healthier arteries.
  • Antioxidants, especially phytonutrients (plant compounds) like bioflavonoids, flavonols, and polyphenols, are important for our health and are the reason why coffee, chocolate, and wine help you avoid disease and live longer lives.
  • Mitochondrial support is also key. Mitochondria are the energy-producing motors of our cells. Supplement with alpha lipoic acid, astaxanthin, and selenium to give your brain energy a boost.
  • Herbs such as curcumin and bacopa work to decrease inflammation thanks to their additional antioxidants.

P.S. Too often, Big Pharma forces their methods on people when they’re at their lowest… and it’s no different when it comes to Parkinson’s disease. But did you know that you can take your treatment into your own hands with one all-natural cure? Find out more  here.
