Weird Test Reveals Your TRUE Age

How old are you?

Your birth certificate is one clue… but you and I both know people of the same age who look very different.

Go to any high school reunion and you’ll see that folks in the same generation can age at very different speeds.

Some folks will look just like they did decades ago… while others are barely recognizable.

Scientists have long studied this phenomenon and now think they’ve discovered a way to determine EXACTLY who’s going to age well… and who isn’t.

And it’s all thanks to a weird test.

Your pee can tell you lots of things about your health… like if your dehydrated or should be worried about your kidneys.

Now, thanks to the discovery of a special aging marker, it can predict your REAL age, too.

You have a chronological age (how many years you have been alive) and a biological age (how old your body is). Your chronological age is nothing but candles on your birthday cake.

But your biological age can be adjusted and changed.

In a recent study, researchers tested the urine of 1,200 participants.

They discovered a substance called 8-oxo-7, 8-dihydroguanosine (8-oxoGsn) – the special aging marker in urine – that was closely related to biological age.

At the end, scientist found that folks who had the highest levels of this marker had the oldest biological ages.

They also found that 8-oxoGsn goes up and down with oxidative damage. And the higher it is, the FASTER you will age.

This test isn’t something your doctor can order yet. It’s a few years away from being mainstream.

But already you know you don’t need a test to see how well you’re aging… you just need a mirror.

And if you want to slam the breaks on this process, you need to up your intake of antioxidants and other powerful nutrients.
