Wonder Spice DESTROYS UTIs

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

If you’ve ever had a urinary tract infection (UTI), you know how incredibly uncomfortable they are.

In fact, the never-ending trips to the bathroom and the intense stinging pains that follow can make you desperate for a cure.

But as it turns out, UTIs are getting harder and harder to treat, which means your pain could linger for days or even weeks.

Fortunately, some researchers in India have just cracked the code on how to stop stubborn UTIs.

Even better, it’s 100 percent natural and could be in your kitchen right now.

I’m talking about fresh garlic.

And for thousands of years, this pungent little bulb has been used for everything from fighting the common cold to helping heal wounds.

Researchers at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science wanted to see how garlic’s infection-fighting powers measured up against the nasty bugs responsible for hard-to-treat UTIs.

You see, UTIs are more difficult to treat today than ever. In fact, this study showed that 56 percent of the bacteria that cause UTIs are resistant to multiple antibiotics.

And that’s where garlic comes in…

When the scientists exposed these stubborn, antibiotic-resistant bugs to garlic, the results were shocking…

The garlic killed a whopping 82 percent of the drug-resistant bacteria!

This means that plain ol’ garlic could be the key to curing UTIs and other difficult bacterial infections.

And this news is especially good for older folks, since UTI risks increase as we age.

Garlic comes in many forms, but most experts agree that fresh garlic offers the most immune-boosting power. Two–three fresh cloves a day should help give you an edge over infections.

Just be sure to crush the cloves before taking them, as this releases special compounds that help kill bacteria and keep you infection-free.

You can get fresh garlic from your local grocer or farmers market for as little as a few bucks a pound.

Live well,
