Revealed! Founding Fathers’ Prostate Cancer Secret
Dear Living Well Daily Reader,
If you really want to celebrate Fourth of July properly, you should do so with a cup of coffee.
But not just any type of coffee will do.
You see, many of our Founding Fathers conducted business and etched out the plan for our independence while sipping on a special kind of coffee.
And as it turns out, this powerful type of coffee didn’t just help them change the course of history, it may have also improved their health.
Because a recent study shows that men who drink coffee can slash their risk of prostate cancer in HALF!
I’m talking about coffee that’s made with high pressure and very hot water without a filter, much like it was back in the days of our Founding Fathers.
Not only does this type of coffee give you a jolt strong enough to help you plan the Revolutionary War, but it also shields your prostate from cancer.
In a recent study, researchers analyzed the prostate cancer rates and coffee intake of around 7,000 men for a four-year period.
After careful examination, they found that men who drank more than three of these types of coffees a day slashed their prostate cancer risk by an incredible 53%!
And it looks like coffee’s cancer-killing secret might be its caffeine content.
To better understand the connection, the scientists headed to the lab, where they tested caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee extracts on prostate cancer cells.
The caffeinated extracts significantly reduced cancer cell growth and interfered with the cells’ ability to metastasize. However, the decaffeinated extracts failed to do either.
Experts believe this method could cause the coffee to have more bioactive compounds, which could be one reason for the astounding results.
You can get this type of coffee anywhere that serves espresso, or you can make it at home. Click here to find out how.
