Diet Trick ERASES Depression & Anxiety

Depression and anxiety can really take the wind out of your sails.

At times the overwhelming feelings of sadness and anxiousness can make things your once enjoyed, like a round of golf with friends or visiting your grandkids, seem impossible.

But it looks like this could all be about to change.

Because British researchers have found a easy way to practically ERASE your depression and anxiety symptoms.

And all you have to do is avoid one dangerous food.

If you haven’t already guess it — I’m talking about sugar.

For years, health experts have told us that depression often leads people to indulge in sweets.

But research from University College London suspected that it was the other way around — sugar is one of the root causes of depression.

And as it turns out, their suspicion was right on the nose!

For the recent study, researchers examined the sugar intake and mental health records of over 7,000 people.

After careful analysis, they found that men who ate the most sugar had a whopping 23% increased chance of developing anxiety or depression.

But this was not the case for men who ate the least amount of sugar — they saw little or no increased risk for mental health issues.

And that just makes sense. Aside from causing inflammation, sugar can trigger a variety of hormonal changes that have been linked to mental health problems.

The fitness guru Jack Lalanne used to talk all the time about the mental problems he used to have before cutting out sugar.

But that can be incredibly hard to do if you’ve got a sweet tooth that just won’t quit.

If you have intense sugar cravings, try giving chromium picolinate supplements a shot.

One study found that people taking 600 mcg of chromium picolinate for eight weeks seriously diminished their cravings for sweets and other carbohydrates.

You can pick chromium picolinate at your local pharmacy or vitamin shop.
