This “Farmer’s Trick” Makes Fat Disappear

Dear Reader,

We all can learn a lot from farmers – especially when it comes to how they eat.

Not only do farmers often eat fresh, whole foods, they also wake up early and start working long before they sit down to eat breakfast.

This way of eating: waking up, moving around, and then sitting down to eat is what I call the Farmer’s Fast.

And science is now proving it can be the key to shedding unwanted pounds… and avoiding some of the deadliest diseases around.

The Farmer’s Fast accomplishes a few things that modern science tells us are good for us.

First, it shortens the time that you are eating.

Farmers wake early, start work, and wait to eat breakfast at 9 or 10 in the morning. They also often eat dinner around 5 or 6 at night. This means they are only eating food around 8 hours a day, compared to their city friends who eat 14-16 hours a day.

Most of us wake in the morning and put food in our mouths right away. Our eating doesn’t stop until late at night.

When farmers are burning calories without eating, they burn mostly fat. Which everyone wants!

Science has discovered that shortening the time you spend eating is a great way to burn more fat and increase your metabolism.

That can help you steer clear of everything from heart disease to diabetes.

I know you have been told that breakfast is the most important meal (and this is true), but try waiting until later to eat. You will be surprised how easy it is to adjust.

But don’t stop there — there are other ways to give your metabolism a kick.

Dr. Scott’s Metabolism Boosting Formula:

  • Take the herbal extract berberine: It helps to increase fat-burning.
  • Make sure you get enough chromium: This vital mineral also increases fat burning and helps to balance blood sugar (it’s widely available as a supplement).
  • For extra help, try Sphaeranthus indicus and Garcinia mangostana, two herbs that support easy weight loss and that are easy to find online.
  • Get some exercise – start easy, with something you enjoy, like regularly walking your dog a few times around the block.

You can take your metabolism from slow to fast with a few small changes. And that can make a HUGE difference for your health.

Health and Happiness,

Scott Olson
