Dr. Scott’s Trick for Stopping Parkinson’s

Dear Reader,

I’ve been called “hard headed” a time or two in my life – and maybe you have been, too.

But, remember – those thick skulls we’re so proud of only help protect our brains from outside threats.

The fact is, our brains are constantly facing attacks that come from inside our bodies.

Now, breakthrough research is proving that one of those threats may be the key driver behind Parkinson’s disease.

That’s the bad news.

The good news? Once you know how to contain this threat, you may never have to worry about Parkinson’s again.

Like rats inside the castle, your brain can be destroyed by the tiniest of creatures: the bacteria in your gut.

To be fair, it is a bit more complicated than that…

Parkinson’s disease and other brain diseases may all have a common link in cells called “glial cells.”

Glial cells are part of the brain’s immune system and problems with glial cells have been linked to Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, and even depression.

But what is causing glial cells to destroy your brain?

No one would have guessed this even a few years ago, but scientists have discovered that it’s the bugs you in your gut.

It works like this: If you have a bad collection of gut bugs (scientists call these bugs your microbiome), then you have bad signals being sent to those glial cells – and that causes a slow destruction of the brain and problems like Parkinson’s.

If you have a healthy microbiome, then the glial cells support good brain health.

Your microbiota is no joke. Studies have shown the microbiota can affect mood and anxiety (in the short term) and diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s (in the longer term).

The message is simple: If you want to keep your brain healthy, keep your gut in check.

The best way out of the downward spiral (that everyone else’s brain around you is on) is to make sure you have a healthy microbiome.

Dr. Scott’s Pathway to a Healthy Microbiome (and Brain):

  • Take a good quality probiotic
  • Find other good bacteria in your life: yogurt, real sauerkraut, other fermented foods.
  • Avoid fried or processed foods when you can.
  • Load up on veggies and take daily fish oil to control inflammation.

I’ve got news for you — drug companies are never going to fix brain problems. The drugs they use for Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, (and even depression), are junk and will only make matters worse.

It really is up to you to take care of your brain. Follow my plan to get started today.

Health and Happiness,

Scott Olson
