This “Naughty” Secret REVERSES Aging

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

It seems like everyone’s looking for a way to slow aging these days… and the medical industry is making a FORTUNE.

They’re pushing everything from botox injections to kale smoothies, promising you can look and feel 10 years younger.

But an exciting new study has proven that there’s a surefire way to slow aging to a crawl and maybe add years to your life.

It doesn’t cost a dime… and you and your partner are going to LOVE it.

I’ve met lots of folks who’ve said that dying in bed… in the middle of a roll in the hay… wouldn’t be a bad way to go.

Well, tough luck – because it looks like regular sex could end up saving your life instead (and don’t worry, ladies – your husbands didn’t put me up to this).

Researchers from the University of California, San Francisco, looked at a group of women in long-term relationships.

Turns out that the ladies with the longest telomeres were the ones having the most sex.

If you haven’t heard of telomeres before, let me give you a quick lesson.

They’re basically DNA strands at the end of our genes that shorten over time. But keeping them long can stop lots of chronic diseases… and even add years to your life.

And as far as telomere length was concerned, sex was the only factor that mattered – even if the couple was fighting all the time.

Lots of seniors don’t want to talk about sex or problems in the bedroom… they consider it “naughty” or off-limits.

But regular sex is a marker of good health (in both men and women).

It’s just that simple: healthy people have healthy sex drives.

Sex drive is complicated and depends on hormones, brain neurotransmitters, chemical messengers in the body, adequate nutrition, and avoiding certain drugs.

Sex drive also depends on energy production in the body.

Even sleep and stress can have a big impact on sex drive.

…not to mention the hormones testosterone in men and estrogen in women.

Diseases also impact sex drive: depression is well known to kill sex drive, but so are diabetes and heart disease.

Despite the complexities, there are secrets to keeping your sex life going well into older age.

Dr. Scott’s Plan for Higher Sex Drive:

  • Eat well and get regular exercise
  • Get enough sleep (try natural solutions like valerian, melatonin, and theanine if you have problems sleeping)
  • Men can boost testosterone with enough zinc, and I like the herb Eurycoma longifolia for boosting sex drive.
  • You can increase overall energy with CoQ10 and B vitamins.
  • Work on stress reduction with meditation or herbs like Ashwagandha.
  • Check your medications for low sex drive side effects – there are many!

Sex drive is too important to leave it to chance. What better way to increase your health and happiness than to have sex more often?

Health and Happiness,

Scott Olson
