The Deadly Aspirin Secret NOBODY'S Talking About

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Drug companies are like a broken record… they’re still trying to get you to take an aspirin a day.

With recent headlines like “Aspirin Reduces Breast Cancer by 20%…” who wouldn’t be interested?

A new research study showed that taking aspirin daily can reduce breast cancer by 20 percent.

All you have to do is take a small white pill every single day… for the rest of your life.

But, before you jump on the aspirin bandwagon, it’s a good idea to understand what you are getting yourself into.

Because that tiny pill is far from safe. In fact, it carries a dangerous secret that could cost you your life.

Did you know that 40,000 Americans are killed each year from taking aspirin?

Yes, you read that right.

That puts aspirin as one of the top killers in the United States – on par with automobile accident deaths.

And nobody is talking about it. How can this be?

The reason is simple. Taking aspirin (and other NSAIDS) thins the protective layer of your stomach. This, in turn, makes it easier for stomach acid to punch a hole in the stomach (we call this an ulcer).

From there, it is a short trip to internal bleeding (which is very hard to discover AND very deadly).

But, before we junk the aspirin and breast cancer study, we should think about WHY aspirin works to reduce cancer (and other health risks).

Aspirin reduces the risk for cancer because it reduces inflammation.

Inflammation (as you probably already know) is the smoking gun in many diseases: asthma, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, cancer, and so many more…

Learning to put the brakes on inflammation is one of the keys to living a long and healthy life.

But toss your aspirin out the window, because there are much better ways to reduce inflammation (without the side effects).

Dr. Scott’s Low Inflammation Plan:

Want to stop inflammation and reduce breast cancer risk?

  • Take fish oil – these healthy oils are needed for your body to help keep inflammation in check.
  • Take curcumin (an extract of the spice turmeric) – it has been shown to help reduce inflammation.
  • Use only olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil for everything you eat.
  • Avoid fried and processed foods whenever you can.
  • Get good sleep and exercise.

There is no doubt that if you want to be healthy, you need to calm down inflammation. Aspirin, though, is simply not the way to go.

Take a few easy natural steps and you can have all the benefits and none of the bad side effects.

Health and Happiness,

Scott Olson
