Blacklisted Vitamin Wipes Out Cancer Cells

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

Since the 1970s, one vitamin has done something the drug companies thought was impossible.

It’s shown the power… in study after study… to seek out and destroy cancer cells.

All while leaving healthy tissue alone.

It actually takes advantage of a key enzyme lacking in cancer cells to bring about their death.

And new research shows that this vitamin can also stop leukemia stem cells (immature cells) from multiplying and spreading.

But odds are, you’ve never been told about this life-saving therapy.

Because Big Pharma and mainstream medicine have spent years driving it underground and denying it to millions of cancer patients.

A vitamin, by definition, is something your body cannot make.

And humans are one of four animals that don’t make their own Vitamin C.

The other three animals (gorillas, guinea pigs, and fruit bats) eat a TON of vitamin C every day.

We humans are not so smart.

That is a problem because vitamin C is essential to many different processes in the body including the immune system, strong cartilage/bones, healthy skin, and more.

But where vitamin C really shines is as a cancer treatment.

When used intravenously, vitamin C has been shown to be effective in many cancers including: pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, and ovarian cancer.

So how does it work?

When vitamin C is given intravenously, it raises levels higher than what we could ever get from eating it (100 – 500 times higher than taking it by mouth).

What vitamin C does when it enters cells is extraordinary.

Vitamin C breaks down inside the cell to hydrogen peroxide – which you probably know can kill many cells (like bacteria).

You would think that vitamin C would kill all the cells in the body, but it does not.

That is because healthy cells have a way of processing vitamin C through an enzyme called catalase.

Guess which cells DON’T have a lot of the catalase enzyme?

Cancer cells.

Because cancer cells lack the catalase enzyme, they die.

This new study with vitamin C and leukemia showed that vitamin C can also kill cancer cells by telling stem cells (immature leukemia cells) to mature and die.

This means that vitamin C works on many different levels.

The big question is whether taking vitamin C by mouth, too, is a good idea — and I’d say yes.

Remember: you are human and are one of four mammals that cannot make vitamin C AND you are the only animal who doesn’t get enough.

Your need for Vitamin C is high.

To make sure you are getting enough Vitamin C every day, I think you should supplement. It is easy and a cheap way to support your good health – and maybe ward off cancer in the process.

Health and Happiness,
