Here’s EXACTLY How to Reverse Diabetes

Dear Living Well Daily Reader,

It’s good to know I’m not crazy (although my wife sometimes disagrees)!

For years I was one of a handful of doctors telling you that type 2 diabetes is completely reversible.

And the mainstream medical establishment mostly laughed.

Even a few years ago, if you told your doctor you wanted to reverse your diabetes and get off drugs, he would have said you were delusional.

Now, new research is proving… once and for all… that diabetes can be cured.

And I’ll show you exactly how to do it.

The medical establishment has no interest in curing diabetes (or heart disease, cancer, etc.).

Why? Because there’s more money in keeping you on a drug for life.

But taking drugs doesn’t help diabetics much. Some of the numbers improve (like HA1c), but people with diabetes still get sicker as they age and live shorter lives than people without the disease.

It is good to know that there are scientists out there looking for solutions to our health problems. A new study, published in the British Medical Journal shows us how to reverse diabetes.

After following people with type 2 Diabetes for almost 10 years, they found that people who lost 33 pounds (or more) no longer had diabetes.

This is a very achievable goal for anyone who wants to say goodbye to diabetes.

What this means is that if you were told you are diabetic (or close to becoming diabetic) losing weight is now your best way out.

The cure is in your hands.

Okay, but how can you lose that weight?

Dr. Scott’s Plan to Kick-Start Weight Loss:

  • Start by supporting your body’s ability to control blood sugar. I like people to take the mineral chromium and the herbal extract called berberine to balance blood sugar. There are additional herbs (Sphaeranthus indicus and Garcinia magnostana) that also help.
  • Make sure you are eating well. Avoid sugars and foods that act like sugars as much as you can. Don’t worry too much about calorie counting and fill your plate with mostly good proteins and vegetables. Proteins help to build muscle mass.
  • Find a way to exercise. For weight loss, you are not looking to burn a lot of calories, but to increase your muscle mass. This means weight lifting is more important that running 10 miles.

You now have in your hands the tools to reverse diabetes. Take small steps every day to work on kicking off those extra pounds. You will be happy you did.

Health and Happiness,

Scott Olson
