Collagen

This ONE Supplement Reverses Failing Health

How would you like to have stronger hair and nails?

What do you think about reducing fine lines and wrinkles?

How would you feel about ensuring good joint health for the rest of your life?

And what about a healthy gut, decreased inflammation, improved mental health, and a boost to your metabolism?

Believe it or not, you can get all of these benefits from ONE supplement.

And if you’re like most folks I know, you’re probably not taking it.

If you’re not taking collagen yet, I really recommend that you start.

The health benefits are amazing.

Collagen helps make skin smooth and prevents wrinkles; it keeps nails strong and makes hair look amazing; it even makes joints strong again and improves digestive problems.

The problem with collagen is that your body makes less of it as your age – and you won’t get enough from your diet.

Our ancestors ate a ton of collagen, but it is not in any food you eat (probably).

That’s because our ancestors ate all the animal (including bone marrow, and they made bone broth). We are a bit pickier.

That is why you need to supplement with collagen.

But how do you know which collagen to choose?

Here is my mini-guide to choosing the right collagen:

  • Know the Source: Choose collagen from animals raised in a healthy manner. I prefer collagen from pasture-raised animals.
  • Enzymatic process: Collagen is a big molecule. If you want to make sure you are getting all you need, you should choose a supplement that has broken down those large molecules into smaller ones for easy absorption. Look for collagen that is low molecular weight and high bioavailability and has useable fractions called collagen peptides. These claims are usually made right on the label.
  • Powdered: I prefer collagen that is powered, so you can put a scoop in water, yogurt, oatmeal, or just about anything else.

Supplementing is necessary to make sure you are getting enough collagen. When your body has enough collagen, you are going to look and feel great.
