This Arthritis LIE Could Wreck Your Life

If you’ve made it this far in life without developing arthritis, consider yourself very, very lucky.

Arthritis is no joke — it strikes over 20% of the population.

When joints hurt, you stop moving and stop enjoying life. Arthritis is one main reason people retire early and are on disability.

So, you would think that medical treatments for arthritis are well-tested and proven before a doctor lays a hand on you.

But that’s just not true.

In fact, mainstream medicine has been LYING about one of the top arthritis treatments for years.

And this treatment could wreck your life and leave you in more pain than ever.

A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows how pitiful standard medical treatments are for arthritis.

Researchers discovered that quarterly corticosteroid injection for knee osteoarthritis (a common treatment): increased cartilage loss and was of ABSOLUTELY NO BENEFIT.

In other words, these injections don’t make you better… they make you worse.

This kind of sham procedure is exactly the problem with medicine. Doctors claim everything they do is backed by research — but most of the time, it’s not.

I wish I could say that this is an isolated incident, but it isn’t. Untested surgeries and procedures can be found in all disciplines: heart, brain, and cancer treatments.

You think you are getting the best…but think again.

So, if you want to get out of the joint-destruction business and into the joint-building business, you need to do two things: decrease inflammation in your body and provide joints with the nutrients they need to thrive.

Dr. Scott’s Joint-Health Protocol

  • Joints Need Collagen: To get collagen to your joints, you need to get collagen in your body. But where do you get collagen? Our ancestors found collagen in bone broth, blood pudding, and by eating brains and bone marrow. Most modern people are appalled by the thought of eating these.
  • There are great sources of collagen which are easy to get–if you know where to look. Try eating gelatin, it contains some of the nutrients needed to build healthy joints. But I strongly suggest that you find a collagen product and supplement. I prefer products that use collagen peptides from pasture-raised animals.
  • Other Nutrients: Nutrients that help build joints include collagen, egg shell membrane, and vitamin C.
  • Inflammation: You can lower this by avoiding vegetable oils, processed foods, and by eating a low-sugar diet. Fish oil and Boswellia are my favorite anti-inflammatory nutrients. I like curcumin as well.
