Have Arthritis? Forget EVERYTHING We Knew

If you or someone you love has arthritis, you’ve probably been told the same thing for years.

Arthritis is a “wear and tear” disease… our joints simply wear out as we get older.

But what if that’s not true?

What if it’s NEVER been true?

New research is changing everything we thought we knew about arthritis.

And it’s showing us brand new ways to help you FINALLY beat this painful disease.

For a long time, arthritis was thought of as a wear and tear disease.

… You get older and your joints wear out.

… It’s just a normal part of getting older.

… If you live long enough, then you are bound to get arthritis.

Since arthritis is a disease of the old and you are destined to get it, might as well treat it with drugs that suppress inflammation (even if those drugs are harmful).

But now we know better…

With younger people getting arthritis, we can only reach one conclusion: arthritis is not a disease due to wear and tear or age.

AND: You are not destined to get it as you grow older.

Roughly 91 million people now have arthritis, and nearly 1/3 of them are 18-64 years old.

The biggest reason for arthritis is the loss of joint tissue (collagen). Replacing collagen and naturally controlling inflammation is you ticket to joint pain relief.

Let me show you how:

Dr. Scott’s Joint-Health Protocol

  • Joints Need Collagen. You need to eat collagen. But where do you get collagen? Our ancestors found collagen in bone broth, blood pudding, and by eating brains and bone marrow. Most modern people are appalled by the thought of eating these. There are great sources of collagen which are easy to get–if you know where to look.
Try eating gelatin, it contains some of the nutrients needed to build healthy joints. But I strongly suggest you find a collagen product and start supplementing. I prefer products that use collagen peptides from pasture-raised animals.
  • Inflammation is lowered by avoiding vegetable oils, processed foods, and by eating a low sugar diet. Fish oil is my favorite anti-inflammatory and I like curcumin as well. Eggshell membrane, Boswellia, and curcumin also help.
