This Diabetes “Cure” is FAKE NEWS!
It’s been all the buzz in the medical community.
Scientists have just announced that they CURED Type 1 diabetes using gene therapy.
No more wearing an insulin pump around… no more suffering from a lifetime of diabetes complications.
You can already imagine people lining up around the block for this cure.
But there’s just one problem – it’s a TOTAL CROCK.
This gene therapy experiment is about to blow up in everyone’s faces.
And I don’t want you or anyone you care about to be harmed when that happens.
We’ve been told forever that gene therapy is going to be the next miracle cure.
It was supposed to cure cancer… and still hasn’t.
Now, scientists are claiming it cured Type 1 diabetes… which is also not true.
And, aside from being ineffective, gene therapy is A LOT more dangerous than we’ve been told.
The problem with gene therapy is that genes play lots of different roles throughout our bodies. They’re not one-trick ponies.
So, sure, throw some genes into a mouse pancreas (like the doctors in the study did) and it starts producing insulin again.
But how does manipulating those genes affect the rest of your body? Nobody ever thinks about that until deadly diseases start popping up years later.
And let’s have a moment of truth here… gene therapy did NOT cure Type 1 diabetes.
It worked for a little while – and then the mice lost the ability to produce insulin again.
Another problem is that scientists fixing genes are using a virus (Crisper) to deliver the genes. But a recent study suggested that 60%-80% of humans will reject the genes inserted with a virus.
So, instead of looking forward and expecting a miracle cure, look back and see what has worked to help control blood sugar.
Dr. Scott’s Balanced Blood Sugar Approach:
- Eat well: This means avoiding processed foods, eating good proteins, and as many veggies as you can. Staying away from sugar, grains, and starchy vegetables also helps. If you are going to eat sugar, then do it near a meal (this slows down the absorption of sugar).
- Exercise: Don’t feel you have to run a marathon to be in shape, but walking, golfing, and tennis can all help your body deal with sugar more effectively.
- Inflammation: Buy some cheap health insurance by taking supplements that keep your inflammation low. I like fish oil, curcumin, and Boswellia.
- Berberine: This herbal extract is great for the brain and helps to control blood sugar.
- Chromium: This mineral is well-known to help control blood sugar.
