Discovered! “Plant Blood” is Like Fountain of Youth

It seems like the supplement Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is getting a lot of press these days.

And it sure deserves it.

This natural compound is fuel for our cells’ mitochondria, giving you the energy to thrive all day long.

But it doesn’t stop there. CoQ10 has been proven to reverse everything from migraines to heart failure.

The more CoQ10 you have, the better (and longer) you’ll live.

And research shows that a special type of “plant blood” can send your CoQ10 levels through the roof.

Here’s how to get it.

A new study published in the journal Photochemical Photobiology found that eating chlorophyll can rapidly replenish your CoQ10 levels.

Chlorophyll is considered the “blood of plants” – it functions like hemoglobin (which carries oxygen in our bodies) except chlorophyll transforms energy from the sun into energy the plant can use.

Chlorophyll is green and can be found in any green plant.

The study showed the more chlorophyll you eat, the more CoQ10 you have in your body.

That is great news, because CoQ10 is used for energy production and antioxidant protection. Since our heart is one of the most energy-hungry organs in our bodies, it needs a ton of CoQ10.

But CoQ10 goes beyond that. It is also a powerful antioxidant that works both inside and outside the cells. CoQ10 has been shown to lower inflammation, reduce blood clots, and help prevent skipped heart beats.

What can you do to make sure you are getting enough chlorophyll? Eat lots of green foods.

But let me show you some other ways to boost CoQ10:

  • Supplement with CoQ10 (CoenzymeQ10): I suggest CoQ10 for anyone who has a history of heart disease, is worried about heart or brain health, or who needs a boost in energy.
  •  Selenium is a mineral super-antioxidant that improves the efficacy of CoQ10. When you combine CoQ10 with 200 mcg of selenium, it has been shown to reduce overall cardiac death risk by over 50 percent.
  • Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is the master super-antioxidant. It works so well because it is a powerful antioxidant and it help to regenerate other antioxidants, including vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, and CoQ10. Studies show ALA helps maintain a healthy blood pressure and even helps with insulin management.
  • Vitamin E is another powerful mitochondrial support medicine. Vitamin E works well with CoQ10 and is one of the most important vitamin antioxidants that helps to protect all cells from oxidative damage. Vitamin E also prevents oxidative damage to LDL cholesterol and other blood lipoproteins and is essential for a healthy immune system.

Don’t let low CoQ10 ruin your body. You can rejuvenate CoQ10 by eating as many greens as possible, but think about supplementing when you are not eating as well as you could.
