Breakthrough STOPS Alzheimer’s and Diabetes

I have to admit… sometimes my wife thinks she lives with a madman.

Not too long ago, she came running when she heard me yelling in my office.

But I was just shouting at my computer screen… at another RIDICULOUS study.

I hate when scientists miss the point.

Because these researchers had just stumbled on a way for you to stop BOTH Alzheimer’s and diabetes right in their tracks.

And they didn’t even realize it.

The study I was reading had to do with Alzheimer’s disease.

Researchers were testing a type of drug classified as “triple agonists”–because they work in three ways to lower diabetes.

And the drug worked in mice with Alzheimer’s, too. The drug protected nerve cells, reduced amyloid plaques, and lowered inflammation.

How did the drug do this?

It helped to normalize blood sugar–but the problem is that we have found stabilizing blood sugar with drugs never works (for long, anyhow).

There are always repercussions for trying to manage blood sugar with drugs.

But here is the point that everyone seems to miss: you can stabilize blood sugar without any drugs at all.

And that can be the key to stopping Alzheimer’s (which is linked to high blood sugar) and diabetes.

It has been known for more than 30 years that blood sugar is controllable through diet and supplemental support. With no side effects at all!

Diabetes is a disease I think no one should have. It is completely curable.

So, how do you do stop diabetes AND fix Alzheimer’s?

Dr. Scott’s Blood Sugar and Brain Support Plan:

  • Follow the advice from the study: Control your blood sugar. You can do this by eating well (low-sugar) and by taking supplements like chromium and berberine.
  • Get out and exercise. Don’t try and be an Olympian, just get out and move your body a bit every day. Find something you’ll stick with.
  • Keep inflammation under control. Try berberine and curcumin to keep inflammation in check and stay away from the oils that increase inflammation like corn, soy, and other vegetable oils.
  • Fish oil is a powerful brain supplement. Not only does fish oil help support your brain with healthy fats, but it also helps keep inflammation low. Take fish oil every day!

Follow this plan and you’ll have the best blood sugar numbers in years… and you’ll keep yourself safe from diabetes and Alzheimer’s in the bargain.
