Former Ambulance Driver Reveals SHOCKING Secret

It’s a story you have to hear to believe…

Dr. H. Gilbert Welch spent years as an ambulance driver, saving people’s lives.

But when he became a doctor, he discovered something TERRIFYING.

He didn’t feel like he was saving patients’ lives anymore… he was pretty convinced he was harming them instead.

Now, he’s sounding a warning you need to hear.

Because it could mean the difference between life and death.

Dr. Welch is dedicating his career to pouring over research – and deciding what helps patients, and what doesn’t.

His biggest warning? There are too many tests and doctors are practicing too aggressive medicine.

Doctors are now finding problems too early with all those tests they order.

Yes, too early.

Medicine is used to treat sick people. People would feel bad, head to their doctors, and get a treatment.

For the most part, those days are gone.

How many times have you heard of someone who felt just fine, but was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease and then were dead a month later?

Dr. Welch says with all our modern equipment, we are now finding diseases too early and the treatment of those newly-found diseases is killing people.

He published research in the Journal of the American Medical Association where he found: U.S. hospitals with the highest rates of CT (cat) scans, had higher rates of kidneys removed.

Why? Were the doctors looking for problems with the kidneys?

No, but they found growths and removed the kidney.

Good news, right?

No, because those surgeries have significant risk: 1 in 50 people die within a month of having kidney surgery.

And that is just one study, focusing on only one surgery. This kind of thing is happening every day of the year.

Overdiagnosis is killing people.

This is a hard pill for medicine to swallow: prevention and early detection are the cornerstones of modern medicine. There is no way doctors will give up the chance to find a disease early and offer treatment.

Dr. Welch, though, says it is time to think about the tests you allow your doctor to preform:

  • Forget new blood pressure guidelines, they are putting people on medications with huge side effects.
  • Forget prostate screening and mammograms.
  • Consider the benefits and risk of every test before you say yes.

Dr. Welch is NOT telling you to avoid the doctor, just stop the tests if you don’t have any symptoms.

If you have symptoms of prostate problems (for example), then, yes, get a test. But if you are feeling fine, simply say “no.”
