The EASY Trick for Living 10 Extra Years

Ask most doctors… or even our government… about the top killers in America, and they’ll give you the same answer.

They’ll talk about heart disease… or diabetes… or cancer.

But here’s something I want you to think about:

What FINALLY kills you isn’t what ACTUALLY killed you.

Many folks actually START the process of dying long before a final illness sets in.

They have problems with their bones or muscles that limit their activity – and that makes you a sitting duck for many serious diseases.

Keeping your bones and muscles healthy is one of the best ways to add another 5 or 10 years to your life.

And it just got MUCH easier.

Upping your vitamin D levels is already a well-known way to fight colds, beat cancer, lower diabetes and heart disease, and keep your bones strong.

And it’s great for your muscles, too.

Researchers discovered that people with higher levels of vitamin D had better physical functioning than those with low vitamin D levels.

This is important because older adults have difficulty converting vitamin D to its active hormone form and, therefore, need more vitamin D.

So, get outside in the sun as often as possible and take vitamin D to make up the difference – this will help to keep your muscles in good shape your whole life.

Here is why you want to keep your muscles healthy:

  • They keep you moving throughout your life – and exercise is good for everyone.
  • Good muscle tone helps keep joints and bones healthy.
  • Low muscle tone is a common feature in many chronic diseases such as osteoporosis, diabetes, obesity, fragile bones, and even stress.
  • Muscles play a strong role in your metabolism – if you want to lose or maintain a healthy weight, good muscle tone is key.
  • More muscle increases insulin sensitivity which helps to keep your blood sugar low.
  • The amount of muscle you have determines how well you might survive a long-term illness.

In addition to vitamin D, building muscles requires two things: the first is that you move your body around a bit. Yes, this means you need to do some sort of exercise. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy, just get out and move your body.

Exercise outside and you’ll be getting your vitamin D, too.

The second is the right nutrition, like protein. Make sure you’re incorporating protein into as many meals as possible.

With vitamin D, exercise, and protein, your muscles are set… for life!
