This “Health Drink” is Making You SICK!

For years we were ALL told the same lie…

Diet soda is healthier for us than regular soda.

You’re skipping the sugar and the calories… and all of the problems that come with them.

The only problem? Just about EVERYTHING we’ve been told about diet soda is DEAD WRONG.

I’ve just put together a shocking list of all the ways that diet soda is WRECKING your health.

And once you see it, you may never touch a Diet Coke again.

Diet soda seems like the perfect choice: all the taste and none of the calories.

At least that’s what the commercials show us: fun with none of the consequences.

But beneath that pleasant picture is something darker.

Health scientists at first believed the advertisements, but then then started doing studies on the health effects of diet soda.

And the results were horrifying. They found that diet soda can:

  • Trigger headaches: Many studies have linked the sweetener aspartame (Splenda) to headaches, but other fake sugars also cause them.
  • Increase Depression: A survey of 263,925 adults found a strong association between diet soda drinking and depression. In fact, diet soda accounted for an almost 50% increase in depression risk.
  • Weaken Bones: Diet soda leaches minerals out of your bones. Both men and women need to worry about their bones as they age.
  • Destroy Mood: We used to think that diet soda didn’t change blood sugar. But, it turns out that it is much worse than sugary sodas. Diet sodas cause crazy fluctuations in blood sugar and that can make people irritable and moody.
  • Increase Risk of Diabetes: Because diet sodas mess with your blood sugar and insulin levels, they increase your risk of diabetes by a whopping 30%.
  • Lead to Brain Fog: Long-term use of diet sodas can lead to brain damage, with increased risk of dementia.
  • Raise Blood Pressure: Studies show a strong association between artificial sweeteners and high blood pressure.
  • Increase Risk of Heart Disease: Along with an increase in high blood pressure, a study out of the University of Miami showed regular diet soda risk increased heart attacks.
  • Cause Bad Teeth: According to a case study published in the Journal of General Dentistry, artificial soda can leave your teeth as bad as a crack addict’s. Seriously.

The above list is probably enough to keep you away from diet soda.

But here’s my advice: try to stay away from anything other than water, and then you don’t have to worry about health risks. And make sure you are drinking filtered water
