Live Longer… By Doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

You’ve heard the secret to a long life a million times, right?

Work out like a Navy SEAL… and watch everything you eat.

Well, it turns out that there’s more to the story…

Because scientists have discovered what they’re calling the Third Pillar of Health.

It could add years… or even DECADES… to your life.

And you don’t have to do a darned thing.

A new study looked at the habits of people who live the longest.

And it turns out that fasting… going a period of time without eating… could be your secret to living to a ripe old age.

That’s about as close to doing nothing as you can get – you just give your body some rest from eating.

And I’m not talking about fasting for days. Even “intermittent fasting” – where you can go 12 hours without food by stopping eating early in the evening – can have big health benefits.

The reason fasting works is that when you stop eating, your body releases a flood of chemicals that helps your cells to clean themselves and extend life.

Cleaning out your cells is the Third Pillar of Health

But fasting isn’t the only thing that releases those chemicals.

Researchers have found that certain plant nutrients (called phytonutrients) do the exact same thing.

Let me show you how to get the most phytonutrients in your diet and improve your longevity chances.

Dr. Scott’s Plan to Extend Your Lifespan:

  • Eat more veggies than anything else. Chose many different colors to eat – as many as you can.
  • Find a good source of phytonutrients. You need more than just vitamins to maintain health. The additional nutrients you are looking for are called bioflavonoids, polyphenols, and others. Supplement if your diet isn’t what it should be.
  • Eat close to nature. Eat food that is as fresh and unprocessed as much as possible.

  • Eat fermented foods. This includes yogurts, sauerkraut, miso, natto, and others. Use probiotics to make sure you are getting enough good bacteria in your gut.

  • Keep active. Yes, this means exercise. Work in your garden, play golf or tennis, ride a bike, or go for walks.
  • Keep curious. Use your brain as often as you can. Try crossword puzzles or other games that keep you engaged.
  • Laugh. Believe it or not, laughter releases longevity-enhancing chemicals in your body.
  • Spiritual life. Practice some form of spiritual life. It’s been proven to extend lives.
  • Watch your sleep and stress. Reduce stress and increase sleep – as much as you can. Both a lack of sleep and high stress are proven killers.
