How to STOP Any Disease (Amazing!)
When you get diabetes… or cancer… or any other chronic disease, your mainstream doc will point a finger at all sorts of things.
They’ll blame your diet… your age… and even your genes.
What they’ll never point a finger at is the one thing that determines who gets sick… and who doesn’t.
But I will.
Today, I’ll reveal the ROOT CAUSE of all disease… and how to stop it.
I’m talking about inflammation.
It’s a part of your healing process and when it occurs in the short-term — like when you have a cut or infection — it’s beneficial.
But when inflammation becomes chronic… it can wreak havoc on your health.
You see, long-term inflammation occurs all over your body. It’s caused by things like processed food, certain chemicals, lack of sleep and stress.
And when it occurs for too long, it can lead to autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, Alzheimer’s, asthma, heart disease, cancer, diabetes and many other chronic illnesses.
Fortunately, there are easy ways to REDUCE inflammation and STOP disease in its tracks.
Dr. Scott’s Inflammation Busting Program:
- There are many powerful natural anti-inflammatories you should take all the time. These include fish oil, curcumin, boswellia, and others.
- Exercise is a great way to keep inflammation in check. Strangely, exercise increases inflammation for about an hour after exercise, but then it plummets to very low levels — resulting in an overall decrease in inflammation.
- Avoid processed foods and too much sugar. Both sugar and vegetable oils tend to increase inflammation in the body.
- Eat your veggies. Vegetables contain special compounds that can calm inflammation.
- Take a probiotic. Your immune system (which controls inflammation) is closely tied to the health of your digestive tract. Make sure you are getting enough healthy bacteria by taking a good probiotic.
