BEAT Allergies WITHOUT Shots!

If you suffer from allergies, you already know how miserable they can make you.

Then endless sneezing… watery eyes… and constant itching can drive you NUTS!

And serious allergies can even be life-threatening. They can dangerously increase your heartrate and even affect your breathing.

But the mainstream is no help. They just push over-priced, dangerous drugs.

Or worse, they set you up on a program of useless shots that do nothing more than turn you into a human pin-cushion.

Fortunately, there are better, safer ways to reduce your allergies… no needles required!

It may not seem like a protection, but an allergic reaction is your body’s defense against things that might do you harm.

It works like this: When your immune system detects foreign protein, compounds called histamines are dumped into your system.

Histamines then trigger the inflammation process, which causes all your symptoms.

But if you can lower you histamine levels… you can GREATLY reduce the inflammation… and the symptoms it causes.

And today, I’m going to give you some tips on just how to do that.

Dr. Scott’s Allergy Control Program:

  • Eat Low Allergen Foods: There are many foods you can be allergic to. The most common allergies are to dairy foods, shellfish, nuts, corn, soy, and wheat. Even if these don’t cause your problems, they can make allergies like hay fever much worse. Try going a while without any of these allergens and see if your symptoms change.
  • Vitamin CRemember histamine from above? It is the chemical that causes all the allergic symptoms. If you have enough Vitamin C in your body, histamine is less likely to be released for something minor (which is a good thing).
  • Carotenoids and Other Phytonutrients: These compounds help to reduce oxidative damage. You can find phytonutrients in fruits, vegetables, and my favorite: superfoods blends.
  • NettlesNettles are an herb that has been used for hundreds of years to help combat allergies. It is best to take them over a long period of time (start in January to combat Spring allergies).
  • QuercetinQuercetin is a bioflavonoid that also helps to stabilize the release of histamine.

If you have sniffling and itchy eyes and sneezing, this program will work great for you. If you are ever in a situation where it is difficult to breath, get to the hospital ASAP.
