Drop Your Blood Pressure QUICK (No Drugs)

What’s the only thing worse than having high blood pressure?

The way the mainstream treats it.

Big Pharma has tricked millions of Americans into take dangerous heart meds that can drain your energy… bury your libido… and even give you diabetes.

But you don’t have to take this poison any longer.

Because there are natural, effective blood pressure reducers out there… and they’ll give your REAL RESULTS without side effect.

Let me show you.

Unlike the you-have-to-lower-your-cholesterol scam, I believe it’s important to keep your blood pressure under control.

High blood pressure is responsible for much pain and suffering – including heart attacks, stroke, kidney disease, and even Alzheimer’s.

But studies show that controlling your blood pressure with prescriptions meds does nothing to extend your lifespan.

Read that again!

Taking drugs to artificially lower your blood pressure DOES NOTHING FOR YOUR HEALTH

But there are other ways to reduce your blood pressure.

Dr. Scott’s Blood Pressure Control Program:

  • Exercise: Consistent good exercise is one of your best tools for keeping your blood pressure low.
  • Nitrates: Nitrates do many amazing things in your body like lower your blood pressure, increase your athletic endurance, and enhance your sexual performance. Plus, they slowing the progression of dementia! You can get nitrates from beets, citrulline (an amino acid) and other foods.
  • Control Blood Sugar: Try berberine, curcumin, and chromium to help keep blood sugar under control.
  • CoQ10: This antioxidant is used for energy production. Since your heart is one of the most energy-hungry organs, it needs CoQ10.  CoQ10 has been shown to lower inflammation, reduce blood clots, lower blood pressure and help prevent skipped beats (like arrhythmias: atrial fibrillation).
  • Potassium and Magnesium: Potassium is needed throughout your body, but especially in your heart. You can supplement with potassium but is better to eat high-potassium foods. Magnesium relaxes blood vessels. I prefer magnesium that comes as an amino acid chelate such as magnesium glycinate.
  • Fish oil: EPA/DHA found in fish oil have long been shown to help manage your blood pressure. Take between 1-3 grams a day. Studies find that omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish oil) can reduce heart disease by up to 52 percent. Fish oils work by reducing inflammation and softening up arteries so they stay flexible.
