Can’t Lose Weight? Here’s Why
Nothing is more frustrating than trying to lose weight in your golden years.
You’re practically starving yourself… you never get off the treadmill… and you haven’t had a slice of birthday cake since age 50.
But when you stand on the scale… the needle doesn’t budge.
All of this sacrifice… and NO RESULTS.
And that’s because just about EVERYTHING we’ve been told about weight loss is DEAD WRONG.
Fortunately, scientists have discovered the key to shedding those pounds.
And it could help you finally reach your goals… and get the body you want.
Recent research studies found that your gut bacteria play a key role in how quickly you lose or gain weight.
You see, the bacteria in your stomach helps you digest food, process nutrients… and even act as our immune system.
And now we know that certain bacteria can help you lose weight, too.
For the study, researchers took stool samples from 26 overweight or obese participants.
Then, all the participants went on a weight loss program for three months. Successful weight loss was defined as a participant losing at least 5 percent of baseline weight.
At the end, the stool samples showed that those who failed to lose at least 5 percent of their weight had different gut bacteria than those who did lose weight.
A bacterium called Phascolarctobacterium was associated with weight loss, while a different bacterium – called Dialister – was linked to those who didn’t shed the pounds.
Experts report that having balanced gut bacteria is crucial for weight loss because these tiny bus help lower inflammation and have positive impacts on your blood sugar.
This means that no matter what you eat or how much you exercise, you may never lose the weight if you don’t have the right combination of gut bacteria.
Fortunately, diversifying your gut has never been easier.
All you have to do is go down to your local pharmacy and pick up a probiotic supplement.
It’ll only cost you about $10… and could be the key to finally shedding those unwanted pounds.
