Will You Live to Be 100? (Quiz)

Everyone wished they knew how long they were going to live.

This way you could plan for – and achieve – all the things you want out of life.

It seems that no such crystal ball exists… or does it?

Believe it or not, there’s are good clues to where you’re going to live to be 100 or not.

And all you have to do is take my simple quiz.

Scientists who study aging have found certain hints about who makes it blow out their 100 candles… and who doesn’t.

Answer these questions to find out where you stand.

How old do you FEEL?

If you feel like you’re in your 20s or 30s and not your actual age that’s great sign you’re going to be around for the long haul. According to a recent British study. Subjects who felt more than 3 years younger than their real age were less likely to die over the next 10 year. On the contrary, folks who felt like they were older had a 41 percent increased risk of dying.

Do you eat your veggies?

In a combination of studies, women and men who consumed the most veggies had a 46 percent lower chance of dying over the next 5-year period. The key to the reason why eating more veggies works is that veggies contain large amounts of phytonutrients. If you’re not a big fan of eating veggies, then supplementing with phytonutrients is a must.

Are you optimistic?

The personality traits which go along with living longer .include optimism, joyfulness, being adaptable and flexible.

Do you eat fish?

Older adults who have the highest blood levels of Omega 3 fatty acids live between 2 and 5 years longer than the average with the lower levels. If you don’t eat a lot of fish, make sure you’re taking a good Omega 3 supplement.

How did you do on the quiz?

If you answered yes to all four questions, you’ve got a good chance of opening that happy 100thbirthday card from the president.

If you didn’t, it’s time to make some changes.

Start getting better nutrition, take the right supplements, and take time to look on the bright side.
