LOWER Your Blood Sugar WITHOUT Drugs

If you have high blood sugar, chances are your mainstream doc has done little to lower it.

Sure he’s suggested risky meds and outrageous diet and workout plans.

But you don’t need to take poison or totally change your lifestyle to balance your blood sugar.

Because there are natural, drug-free ways to get REAL results.

Let me show you.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reported that over 30 million Americans have diabetes and over 80 million have pre-diabetes.

Diabetes is as bad or worse for your health than smoking. Having poor blood sugar control will take years off your life and skyrocket your risk for heart disease, dementia, kidney disease, losing your vision.

Let me save you from that misery.

Here are four easy tips for lowering your blood sugar naturally. :

#1 Eat Fewer Carbs

Carbohydrates and sugars are very addicting and are in almost all processed foods. They are dangerous because they can cause blood sugar spikes. But even just quitting soda can automatically reduce the number of carbohydrates you consume. Swapping out packaged foods for fresh poultry, seafood and produce will also significantly reduce your carb intake.

#2 Test

If you have blood sugar problems, then you probably have a glucometer. Try testing individual foods and see what it does to your blood sugar. You can use the glycemic index if you don’t want to go through all that trouble. Eating foods low on the glycemic index will help you keep your blood sugar level.

#3 Exercise

Exercise helps you burn excess sugar, so it doesn’t build up in your bloodstream. And, if you go for a walk or any form of exercise one-half hour to an hour after you eat, you can see good results. Do the right kind of exercises – like swimming and biking – to build up your muscle mass this will also help to lower your blood sugar.

#4 Take Berberine

Berberine is a natural substance found in certain herbs shown to reduce blood glucose levels. It is so effective that scientists and doctors have compared the effects of berberine to the diabetes drug Metformin. Berberine is available over the counter as supplements, but you should check with your doctor first to make sure that Berberine is safe for you.
