[Discovered!] The REAL Cause of Diabetes

For years, the mainstream has blamed your blood sugar problems on your diet… your age… and your genetics.

But it looks like they might have it all wrong when it comes to diabetes.

Because new research shows there’s another key driver of this devastating disease.

And it’s got nothing to do with your diet or your DNA.

Here’s what you need to know.

Your body is a strange place.

Millions of cells in your body are born, live out their lives, and then die to be replaced by normal healthy cells.

When this normal ‘life cycle’ is happening, everything is right in the world.

But there is a type of cell which stops growing, living and then betrays your body by dumping harmful chemicals – which harm other cells and tissue throughout your body.

These cells – called senescent cells – are not dead, but also not quite alive. Think of them as zombies.

Senescent cells don’t want to eat your brains like zombies, but the can wreak havoc on your health in other ways. They increase inflammation and dysfunction throughout your body.

They are a major cause of osteoporosis, muscle weakness, nerve disease, heart disease and now scientist have shown they also play a role in diabetes.

For the study, researchers killed senescent cells in obese mice with high blood sugar and elevated inflammation – two of the key drivers behind diabetes.

At the end, they found that removing the zombie cells lowered their blood sugar improved their insulin sensitivity.

Even better? The mice also showed a decline in inflammatory factors and fat cell dysfunction.

This means getting rid of your senescent cells is the best way to STOP diabetes before it starts.

And the best way to kill these dangerous cells is by fasting.

The best way for us humans to do this is to fast (go without food for a period of time).

I’m not suggesting you don’t eat for a week.

Instead, try to limit your food intake to a 12-hour window every day, like 7 A.M. to 7 P.M.
