Delicious Snack KILLS Breast Cancer
Ask your mainstream doc how to STOP breast cancer and he will immediately spout off “early detection”.
Well, I have a problem with this answer.
Early detection only catches breast cancer AFTER you already have it.
But you deserve a way to STOP this devastating disease before it starts.
Now it’s here.
Research shows there’s an easy way to PREVENT breast cancer.
And all you have to do is eat more of a certain tasty snack.
The food I’m talking about is walnuts. YES, walnuts.
Plenty of foods contain powerful nutrients that help give cancer a kick in the pants (curcumin, mushrooms, garlic, broccoli).
But none of those foods can do what walnuts do when it comes to breast cancer.
A new study published in the journal Nutrition Research found that walnuts have the ability to change gene expression… and DESTROY cancer cells.
For the research, scientists used mice and found walnuts reduced tumor growth and the risk of developing breast cancer.
But what about in humans? Glad you asked.
When they tested walnut–munching in humans (2 ounces a day) it was shown to increase apoptosis (programmed cell death) and reduced spread of cancer.
So, go and buy yourself some walnuts and put them somewhere where you can snack on them all day.
But if you want to give cancer a good kick, try adding in the following:
- Vitamin C: High doses of vitamin C has been shown in many studies to help support cancer treatment.
- Ginseng: Is an herb that also has numerous studies that support its use for fighting cancer.
- Turmeric: Has been shown to help with breast cancer, bowel cancer, stomach cancer, and skin cancer cells
- Immune-Boosting Mushrooms: These medical mushrooms have thousands of studies that show they are helpful in boosting the immune system, reducing the spread of cancer cells, and increasing killing of cancer cells. I’ve used them many, many times myself.
And that is just a handful of alternative medicine treatments out there for cancer.
