
20-Minute Secret ENDS Your Stress
If you’re like me, you’d do just about anything to combat stress.

Sure, all of these things are great ways to stop stress, but there’s something else you should be doing, too.
Because experts have found an easy 20-minute secret that can END your stress for good.
It won’t cost you a dime.
And it’s all thanks to something I like to call “vitamin O”.
For the research, published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, scientists studied 36 participants and told them to spend 10 or more minutes out in a natural environment three times a week for 2 months.
Researchers call this treatment a “nature pill,” but I call it “vitamin O” (for outside) because your body needs the outdoors as much as it needs vitamins.
The participants in the study could pick the time they wanted, how long they were out, and what place they were at – as long as they were outside.
The researchers then measured the participant’s level of cortisol (the stress hormone) and found that spending 20 minutes outdoors significantly reduces your stress and cortisol levels.
Even better? Spending 30 minutes outdoors DROPS them even further.
And tons of studies show that reducing stress and cortisol can help you lose weight, balance your blood sugar, and even stave off heart attack and stroke.
Just imagine what spending at least 20 minutes a day outdoors could mean for your health and your future!
