The WEIRD Cause of Your Restless Legs (And How to Fix It!)

If you suffer from restless leg syndrome (RLS), you already know how miserable it is.

The uncontrollable movements… the endless tingling… and the maddening crawling feelings can ruin your sleep.

And your mainstream doc won’t help you.

He’ll just put you on some dangerous drug that DOESN’T WORK.

Fortunately, there’s a better way.

Researchers have just discovered the REAL cause of RLS… and I know exactly how to fix it.

Here’s what you need to know.

You might think that RLS is caused by things like nerve damage or muscle problems.

But as it turns out, there’s something else to blame for your restless legs… and it’s found deep inside your stomach.

Small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) is a condition where bacteria overgrows in parts of the gut would they normally don’t.

When people get SIBO, the bacteria grow in large amounts way high up in the intestines. This causes gas and bloating and increases inflammation throughout the gut.

And now we know it causes RLS, too.

In a recent study, researchers used by breath and fecal samples to analyzed the gut health of RLS patients.

At the end, ALL of the participants tested POSITIVE for SIBO!

Talk about proof.

Thankfully, SIBO is really east to reverse.

Your first step is to get tested. Ask your doc to order the lactulose hydrogen breath test. If it comes back positive, ask him about taking these next steps:

  • Limiting sugar, carbs, and dairy
  • Supplementing with digestive enzymes and probiotics
  • And taking peppermint oil supplements to kill off the types of bacteria causing your SIBO and RLS.
