[Alert] THESE Foods Are Making You FAT!

When you’re trying to lose weight, it seems like all foods are off-limits.  

That’s because your mainstream doctor will tell you that things like meat, cheese, and nuts are strictly forbidden.  

But I’m here to tell you that’s a bunch of bologna.  

Because if you truly want to lose weight… and improve your health… you only have to give up one type of food.  

And it won’t feel like a sacrifice.   

I’m talking about ultra-processed foods like crackers, chips, cookies, and packaged meals.  

You see, these foods contain ingredients that make you want to eat more. These include:  

  • Grains (wheat, rice, oats 
  • Sugars including high fructose corn syrup 
  • Seed oils  
  • Trans fats 
  • Salt  
  • And artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, and preservatives.  

And now a new study, published by the National Institute of Health, proves that eating foods made with these ingredients can make you gain weight!  

For the research, scientists put 10 people on a fresh, whole food diet. And then they put another 10 people on a diet of ultra-processed foods. Both groups could eat as much as they wanted.  

After only two weeks, the ultra-processed group gained 2 pounds and the unprocessed food group lost 2 pounds.  

Think about that for a moment. After only two weeks, there was a four-pound difference between the two groups 

Why?  

The ultra-processed group ate an average of 500 more calories each day proving that they make you consume more food.  

Thankfully, ditching these foods DOES NOT mean ditching flavor.  

Eating a diet of tasty whole foods – like grass-fed beef, wild-caught seafood, full-fat dairy, nuts, and tons of fresh fruits and vegetables – can help you lose weight… and help you stay healthier, too.
