Eat Junk Food to END Diabetes?! (It’s Possible)

If you have diabetes or prediabetes, chances are your mainstream doctor already told you to give up all of your favorite foods.

No more dessert… fried chicken… or even delicious bread and crackers

But it doesn’t have to be here any longer.

Because there’s a scientifically proven way STOP diabetes without sacrificing your favorite foods.

It’s easy… free… and you can start today!

I’m talking about fasting.

But before you stop reading this, you should know it’s a whole lot EASIER than you think.

Because you don’t have to go without food for days… or weeks… to see blood sugar results.

And a recent study proves it.

For the research, scientists split diabetes-prone mice into two groups. One group ate had access to a high-sugar, high-fat diet at all times. And the other group had access to the same poor diet but only every other day, meaning they fasted for one day between meals.

At the end, there was an incredible difference between the two groups.

You see, the fasting group had improved insulin sensitivity and less fat accumulation around their pancreases – two of the key drivers behind diabetes.

This means the mice were eating junk food… and STILL decreasing their diabetes risk.

And other research finds that people who fast occasionally notice a great improvement in energy, sleep, and especially brain function.

That’s because when you fast, your body is working to get rid of waste and balancing blood sugar becomes much easier.

While fasting every other day is very helpful, it can seem daunting (and it is for a lot of people)

But there’s a way to get similar results without starving yourself for a whole day.

All you have to do is condense your eating to an eight-hour window like 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for example.

And if eight hours seems too tough, start off with a 12 window – like 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM – instead.

Now, this doesn’t give you the green light to eat junk food all the time… but it can help reverse the damage done by the occasional indulgence.
