The ONLY Way to Keep Your Memory Sharp

As you get older, nothing’s more important than maintaining your memory.

Because without it, your identity… your family… and your independence can all DISAPPEAR.

And your mainstream doc is NO HELP. He’ll just put you on a strict diet and give you risky drugs.

But you’ve got a better option.

Because NEVER getting Alzheimer’s or any other memory-robbing disease comes down to just one thing.

And it’s something you can take control of today.

I’m talking about your blood pressure.

And keeping yours steady as your age could be the best way to stay sharp.

In a new Johns Hopkins study, researchers spent 25 years looking at more than 4,700 people and found that folks who had high blood pressure during their middle and late years increased their risk of developing dementia by a WHOPPING 49 percent!

Even worse? Folks who had high blood pressure in middle age, but low blood pressure in late life upped their risk of memory issues by 62 percent.

This means keeping a regulated blood pressure throughout your life can SLASH your risk of dementia by half or more

Of course, the whole point of this John Hopkins study is to help bolster the multi-billion-dollar blood pressure drug industry.

But you don’t have to take that poison to have healthy blood pressure.

Here are a few easy ways to do that:

  • Exercising: Consistent good exercise is one of your best tools for keeping your blood pressure low.
  • Nitrates: These molecules help lower your blood pressure and slowing the progression of dementia. You can get nitrates from beets, citrulline (an amino acid) and other foods.
  • Fish oil: EPA/DHA found in fish oil are hearthealthy and help to manage blood pressure. Take between 1-3 grams a day. Studies have shown that Omega-3 fatty acids (found in fish oil) can reduce heart disease by up to 52 percent. Fish oils work by reducing inflammation and softening up arteries so that they stay flexible.
