Even better? When the researchers took a closer look at excessive daytime sleepiness and depression… napping had ZERO negative impacts on these disorders.

In fact, the nappers also reported better overall health.

Napping is so effective because it helps balance your blood sugar and hormones – two of driving factors behind heart attack and stroke.
