Weird Fungi DESTROYS Holiday Colds (Amazing!)

The holiday season is upon us… and that means so are a lot of germs.

This time of year we’re all busy scampering to buy presents… visiting friends and neighbors… and spending quality time with our families.

With each of these encounters we can come face to face with all kinds of colds, flus, and viruses.

Fortunately, there’s a safe and easy way to SUPERCHARGE your immune system… and destroy those holiday bugs.

And it’s all thanks to some weird fungi.

You may have not heard about medical mushrooms, but they are just what your immune system needs to survive the holidays.

You can tell your immune system is under attack if you get a lot of colds or flu each year or you feel run down all the time.

While there are many things that can help boost your immune system, nothing does a better job than medical mushrooms.

In truth, all mushrooms (including those white mushrooms you get at your grocery store) contain immune boosting molecules. But none can rev up your immunity like shiitake, maitake, cordyceps and other medicinal mushrooms.

And science proves it!

A recent study published in the journal PLOS 1 by Griffith University Queensland showed just how powerful these mushrooms can be.

For the research, scientists picked easily available mushrooms like shiitake, maitake, and reishi.

The study tested the three mushrooms and noticed that they stimulated macrophages –– a type of white blood cell that destroys bacteria and other harmful organisms.

Macrophages are a first line of defense and they are powerful because they single to other white blood cells to come attack a foreign invader.

This means they can stop infections before they start!

Mushrooms work because they contain high levels of compounds called beta-glucans that stimulate your immune system and increase your white blood cell production.

You can include mushrooms in almost any meal.

Or you can pick up mushroom supplements from your local pharmacy.
