Do THIS to NEVER Get Heart Disease (AMAZING!)

“Why bother?” Dean said. “I’m just going to die young anyway.”

Dean sat across from me and was responding to my urging him to make better food choices.

He was in the office because his wife wanted him to see me about his heart health.

My suggestions did not move Dean. “Both my father, grandfather, and my brother all died early of heart disease. There’s nothing I can do.”

But Dean is wrong: genes are NOT your destiny.

There’s one thing you can start doing today that can help you NEVER get heart disease.

And it’s incredibly easy.

I can’t blame anyone who thinks their genes determine whether they will have heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s…

The mainstream wants you to believe there’s nothing you can do to fight your genetic predisposition or your family history.

But the natural health community does not.

And a new study proves it.

A team of scientists from Stanford University found that exercise prevents serious heart disease in people REGARDLESS of their genetic predisposition.

For the study, the researchers analyzed the heart genetics and exercise levels of 482,702 people between the ages of 40 and 69.

Next, they assessed the grip strength and treadmill cardiovascular endurance – two indicators of good physical health – of the participants.

At the end, the researchers determined that better grip strength and better physical heart fitness were all associated with lowering the risk of serious heart disease – even when genetic risk factors were accounted for.

In fact, people with the strongest grips were 36 percent less likely develop heart disease and 46 percent less likely develop irregular heartbeat than those with the weakest grips.

The people with the highest genetic risk for heart disease who regularly exercised led to a 49 percent decrease for heart disease and a 60 percent decrease for irregular heartbeat.

That means the higher your risk (family history) and the more you exercise, the greater the payoff.

The main message here your genes don’t matter that much.

Yes, your genetics play a role, but those factors don’t mean much in the face of eating well, taking the right supplements, and getting regular exercise.
