URGENT Warning for IBD Patients!

If you or someone you love suffers from inflammatory bowel disease or IBD, you already know it’s miserable.

The endless pain, gas, and bloating are enough to drive anyone mad.

And the mainstream treatments do little to stop these uncomfortable symptoms.

But there’s more to worry about.

Because a new study shows that having IBD can put you on the fast track to another serious health issue… especially if you’re a senior.

Here’s what you need to know.

According to a new study, folks with IBD are at a 40 percent greater risk of suffering a bone fracture.

And this is terrible news for seniors. Because having a bone fracture can increase your death risk when you’re older.

Luckily there is a way to fight this disease… and save your bones at the same time.

IBD is caused by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. This makes it hard to absorb nutrients. And people with IBD are well known to have nutrient deficiencies that can lead to poor bone health.

But there’s another issue here… STEROIDS.

Steroid drugs are a miracle for reducing inflammation. BUT only in the short-term. No one should be on these drugs for a long time.

They only work for a few days before you need to start taking more to have the same effects.

Even worse? Steroids destroy your bones – and the more you take, the longer you take them, the worse the bone loss.

Studies show that long-term use of steroids will lead to low bone mass and future fractures.

So, when you couple this threat and the nutritional issues of folks with IBD, it’s no wonder they are prone to bone fractures.

Fortunately, there’s a better way.

IBD is best controlled by eating a diet low in common food allergens (corn, wheat, sugar, eggs, nuts…) and by taking anti-inflammatory nutrients (like fish oil).

And when you eat like this, you’re fighting IBD and strengthening your bones at the same time!

P.S. Steroids are one of those drugs you should NEVER stop taking without working with your doctor. Suddenly stopping steroids is very dangerous.
