The 20-Minute Secret to a Longer Life

I’ve seen a lot of health fads in my day.

And each one seems wackier than the one before.

I’m talking about wonder drugs that are supposed to cure everything… or eating nothing but grapefruit to lose weight.

But I’m telling you that living a long, healthy life doesn’t have to be so hard.

In fact, you can make your risk of dying early PLUNGE in just 20 minutes a day.

Ready to get started?

It turns out you don’t have to start any crazy exercise program or eat nothing but applesauce for weeks – simply walking seems to be the best way to battle aging.

The study, published in The American Heart Association’s Epidemiology and Prevention Journal, followed over 6,000 participants who were given activity trackers for one week to determine their baseline activity level and then were followed for seven years.

The researchers noted that older adults were 67 percent less likely to die OF ANY CAUSE if they were moderately physically active for minimum 150 minutes each week.

That’s about 20 minutes a day. You CAN do this!

A second study found that older women (average age 79) were 38 percent less likely to die from heart attack, heart failure, or stroke if they were consistently walking 2,100 to 4,500 steps each day.

So, forget the “You must walk 10,000 steps every day” you hear from almost every so-called health expert you see on the Internet or TV.

These studies show you that all you have to do is get out the door, hop on a treadmill, clean the house, work in the garden… for about 20 minutes a day and you dramatically drop your risk of many diseases.

That is because being physically active helps to manage high blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose control, and improves your brain and your mood.

They will never be able to put that many benefits into any pill – so get out there today and move your butt around!

You’ll be surprised at how far a little exercise can go.
