“Green Miracle” Could Add YEARS to Your Life?!

Dear Reader,

There’s no question about it, we all want to live long, healthy lives.

And if you listen to the mainstream media, you’ll start believing that the only way to tack on a few extra years is by running marathons and eating endless plates of salad.

But the truth is, you don’t have to make these kinds of sacrifices to get more time on Earth.

Let me show you how to drop your risk of dying by 29 percent.

It’s as easy as boiling water three times per week…

In America, green tea is often considered a second class (we stand by our coffee or Lipton black tea), when it should really be bumped up to first class. In truth, there are excellent reasons to heat your kettle and pour yourself some green tea a few times a week.

In a recent study, published in the European Journal of Preventative Cardiology, researchers found that drinking tea regularly can significantly drop your risk for many diseases.

The researchers chose 100,092 people with no history of history of heart attack, stroke, or cancer for their study.

They separated the participants into two different groups: the habitual tea drinkers (meaning they drank tea at least three times per week) or the non-habitual tea drinkers (those who drank less than three times a week).

And they tracked these participants for 7.3 years.

They were surprised to find that habitual green tea drinkers who maintained their tea habit throughout the whole study had a 39 percent LOWER risk of any heart disease and stroke.

Even better, they had a 56 percent lower risk of a fatal heart attack or stroke, and a 29 percent lower risk of all-cause death.

The people who were most protected were those who kept up the habit throughout the complete study (some of the ‘habitual’ tea drinkers stopped drinking tea during the study).

So what is it that makes tea such a powerful anti-aging drink?

Green tea is full of many bioactive compounds including polyphenols and antioxidants. These give your body the support it needs in times where terrible food is everywhere (not to mention the toxins in our environment).

This study found the health benefits are from green tea (not black tea), but it should be notes that other studies have shown black tea can be effective some health benefits.
